01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside for later use.
02 - Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until reduced to fine crumbs.
03 - Add softened cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and process until fully combined and a thick, uniform dough forms.
04 - Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into smooth balls. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze the shaped balls for 20 to 30 minutes until firm enough to handle without breaking.
06 - Place white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
07 - Working quickly, dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate using a fork. Allow excess coating to drip off, then return to the baking sheet.
08 - Before the coating hardens, cut mini marshmallows diagonally for ears, dip the sticky side in pink sugar or gel, and press onto the top. Add chocolate chip eyes, a heart sprinkle nose, and a mini marshmallow tail.
09 - Refrigerate the decorated bunny balls for at least 30 minutes until the coating is fully set.
