02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
03 - Taste the mixture and add additional sugar if more sweetness is desired, then blend briefly to incorporate.
04 - Divide the milkshake evenly between two tall glasses.
05 - Top each glass with whipped cream, a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, and sliced strawberries if using.
06 - Serve right away with a straw while cold and thick.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It genuinely tastes like someone liquefied an entire cheesecake and handed you a straw
  • The cream cheese adds this velvety thickness that regular milkshakes just cannot replicate
02 -
  • Cold cream cheese straight from the fridge will leave tiny white flecks floating in your shake no matter how long you blend
  • Scraping the sides of the blender is not optional, it is the difference between a smooth drink and a lumpy disappointment
03 -
  • Rinse the blender immediately after pouring or the cream cheese residue becomes a stubborn protest against your sponge
  • Chill the glasses in the freezer for ten minutes beforehand to keep the shake thick longer on warm days
