# How To Make:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

08 - Cover loosely with foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
09 - Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
10 - Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with cilantro, jalapeños, and sour cream if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The tortilla layers get perfectly tender while holding everything together beautifully
  • It reheats even better the next day for lunch
  • You can customize the spice level exactly how your family likes it
02 -
  • The dish needs those 5 minutes of resting time or the layers will slide apart when you cut it
  • Tearing tortillas to fit is completely expected and actually helps them interlock better
  • If the cheese is browning too fast, tent the foil more loosely over the top
03 -
  • Warm your tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds before layering so they fold and tear without cracking
  • Use the back of a spoon to spread the meat filling evenly so each bite has the same balance
